Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

Body Back Membership classes are for women only. Women must complete a full Body Back Transformation 8-Week session prior to enrolling in Body Back Membership classes.

Special instructions

Please bring a yoga mat, water and 8-10lb free weights to class, unless your instructor tells you otherwise.
If you won't be able to attend, please cancel your enrollment greater than 12 hours before class start to avoid a late cancellation fee of $10.
