Body Back Transformation (January 15 - March 10)

January 15 - March 10

Class options are Mon/Wed 730pm at Friendly House, Wed/Fri 530am in Cedar Mill, and T/Th 930am at Friendly House (childcare available for additional cost)

Body Back Transformation includes:
-20 workouts over the 8 week session. (recommended minimum 2 workouts per week)
-Before and after fitness assessments and measurements
-Goal setting and one-on-one coaching
-Food journaling and recipe book
-At home streamed workouts
-Facebook accountability group
-Red resistance band (new clients)
